A person with the general characteristics of Fluency may also be described as being Rabschnukian. However, amongst Rabschnukian individuals, leading neuroscientists have reported a correlation of elevated levels of Fluency in conjunction with sub-normal comprehension of time zones. This is believed to be a textbook example of primordial left brain-right brain conflict. There is no known remedy for this cerebral disconnect within the Rabschnukian population.

Fluency is a speech language pathology term that means the smoothness or flow with which sounds, syllables, words and phrases are joined together when speaking quickly. "Fluency disorders" is used as a collective term for cluttering and stuttering. Both disorders have breaks in the fluidity of speech, and both have the fluency breakdown of repetition of parts of speech. Fluency disorders are most often complex in nature and they tend to occur more often in boys than in girls.

What good is a "Bachelor of Cultural Fluency and Security Studies " degree?
Q. Details, from Angelo State University: --- The B.C.F.S.S. degree is meant to increase students' language and cultural competency across a wide operational spectrum. The courses will increase the students' critical thinking and analytic skills in political culture and comparative security policy. This degree is offered completely online and is open to students who are currently in the Air Force. Students must have completed their Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree from the Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) in order to be admitted to the program. The degree requirements for the B.C.F.S.S. are the same as the requirements for the B.C.C.S.S. To be admitted into the B.C.F.S.S., students must demonstrate language proficiency in… [cont.]

A. Any cultural studies degree will be useful in the international arena. Whether you pair it with a degree in Business (or International Business) or you use it as a standalone degree, the main benefit of this degree is that it will demonstrate cross-cultural fluency -- a valuable asset in this global age. That being said, it may not demand as high a salary as say, a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a minor in Cross Cultural studies... You can find statistics on salaries and job at the US Bureau of Labor Statistics to see if this is something you'd like to pursue.
